The Cost of the exhibit table is $500 plus electrical if needed.

Hotel Information

Attendees needing overnight accommodations can book individual rooms. Participants call 1-800-867-WILD, and tell the reservation agent that they are booking a room under the Reservation #708321 at The Glacier Canyon Lodge. The block will already be at the discounted rate, if applicable.

The room block rate has been reserved at $99.00 per night. All guest rooms are subject to a taxable $24.95 nightly Resort Fee, or current prevailing rate if changed, and applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.25%) in effect at the time of check-in, unless proper tax exemption documentation is supplied by the paying party and approved prior to arrival. The rates quoted include wrist bands for admission to all water parks on property.

The cut-off date for the rooming list is also the last day to cancel individual rooms without penalty. After the cut-off date, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy per room. Reservations canceled prior to the 72-hour mark will be charged a $30 fee. Cancellations within 72 hours pay for the entire room rate. Condos, Cabins & Villas are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy with a $30 cancellation fee.
