Where Do We Exhibit?

Symposium 2020’s Exhibitor Showcase is on Feb. 25th.  Please have your exhibit space setup prior to 11:30 am.  Set up time is listed above.

You will enter the exhibit space through the Conference Center entrance of the Kalahari.  We are in the new conference space so drive to the back side of the venue. 

During the Show

Feel free to bring an attendee drawing gift. We’ll make sure we save time to do that near the end of the show!

Cancellation Policy

WI Director of Nursing Council spends many hours making arrangements as soon as exhibitors submit their intent to be a part of the Exhibitor Showcase.  Booth space is limited and can sell out.  For this reason we have implemented a cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:  

If cancelled 90 days prior to the event, 75% refund; if canceled between 89-31 days of the event, 50% refund; if registration is canceled within 30 days of the event, or no-shows, no refund.

Exhibitors needing overnight accommodations can book individual rooms. Reservations for this event are by individual attendees and registration is hosted online. Reservations must be made on or before Friday, January 24, 2020.    At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale.  The hotel will determine, based on space availability, if the Client group rate will be honored after this date.

Hotel room rates are $115 per night subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.25%) in effect at the time of check in.  The resort fee has been waived for Symposium. The hotel shall provide as Run of House accommodations a room with two Queen beds based upon the number of guests sharing the room to a maximum of four people. Rooms with two queen beds may also be available with a sofa bed and have a base price for four people in the room. There is a charge of $50.00 per person per night in addition to the base price when adding additional guests to any room style beyond which is established for that style’s base pricing.

Deposit policy for individual reservations:  One night (plus tax) at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation policy for individual reservations:  72 hours, or more, prior to arrival to receive full refund less $25.00 processing fee.  Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival forfeits the entire deposit.
